Open first-come, first-served sale. No lottery, no waitlist and no timed drop is described, and no registration open date is published, so onsale_datetime is left empty. Registration is live now and runs through the Escapees ticketing partner (Showclix, now branded LEAP); you get an order confirmation email from LEAP/Showclix. The site type is chosen at purchase and there are two distinct products: FULL HOOKUP and DRY. Early bird pricing ended July 22, 2026, so as of 2026-07-27 the live rates are $550 for a full-hookup site for ONE person and $350 for a dry site for ONE person, plus $100 per additional adult 18 and over and $50 per child aged 5 to 17. Expired early bird rates were $495 FHU and $305 dry. The stay is 5 nights and 6 days. Complimentary early arrival opens Saturday September 12, but the page warns verbatim that early arrivals will ALL be in temporary dry camping spots and will need to relocate to their paid FHU or Dry spots when Fun Days kicks off on Tuesday Sept 15th. Optional ATV Lava Run add-on is $85 per seat or $337 for the whole 4-seat ATV and must be booked separately. Cancellation: full refund minus a $50 administrative fee before 11:59pm Central on Friday July 17, 2026, a window that has already closed. - Escapees RV Club membership. Xscapers is a group inside Escapees RV Club, described on the official Xscapers page as "Free for all Escapees RV Club members" and "Xscapers welcomes all Escapees RV Club members". The Fun Days page itself does not restate the gate, but the sibling Balloon Fiesta page says "You must be an Escapees RV Club member to attend this event" and the Annual Bash FAQ says "You must have an active Escapees RV Club membership to join in the fun." Assume an active Escapees membership is required.
- Worth knowing
- This is the one Xscapers convergence in the current calendar that genuinely sells full hookups; the rest of the program boondocks by design. The $200 gap between the dry and FHU ticket is the real decision for a traveler. Coordinates are taken verbatim from the official event page. Escapees membership pricing pages 308-redirect and could not be read, so no membership cost is asserted.
