Open first-come, first-served sale, no lottery and no waitlist described. No registration open date is published, so onsale_datetime is left empty. Registration is live now: the official ticketing listing (Showclix, redirecting to events.leapevents.com) showed an active REGISTER HERE button when checked on 2026-07-27. Pick ONE of the two sessions, October 2 to 6 or October 6 to 11; each is 5 nights. Price is $550 for a DRY CAMPING RV SITE for ONE adult, plus $35 per additional adult 18 and over and $20 per child aged 10 to 17, with kids under 10 free. That $550 buys premium Box parking, a ballooning basics presentation, an afternoon of live music and a community potluck. You must be an Escapees RV Club member to buy. Confirmation arrives from Showclix and the event Facebook group link is inside that email; Facebook is the primary comms channel before and during the event. Cancellation: full refund minus a $50 administrative fee before 11:59pm Central August 3, 2026; 50 percent refund before 11:59pm Central September 3, 2026; no refunds after that, and all sales on and after September 4, 2026 are final. - No length or age limit is published. Generator policy: Xscapers states it tries to divide camping areas between rigs running on solar and rigs that want to run generators, where possible. Attendees must be physically capable of participating and their RV and equipment must be in working condition, per the waiver terms.

- Stated verbatim on the official pricing block: "You must be an Escapees RV Club member to attend this event." Escapees membership is the hard gate; Xscapers itself is free to Escapees members.
- Worth knowing
- This is the clearest example in this batch of premium-priced DRY camping: $550 for 5 nights with no electric, water or sewer, sold on location value because you are parked on the Box where pilots land.
