THESE ARE THE 2026 EDITION DATES, January 10 to 18, 2026, AND THEY HAVE ALREADY PASSED. As of 2026-07-27, bash.xscapers.com still displays the 2026 event; no 2027 dates, no 2027 pricing and no 2027 on-sale date have been published. Do not present these dates as upcoming. Included because Annual Bash is the flagship Xscapers convergence and its on-sale mechanic is the one a traveler needs to plan around.

Annual Bash sells on a scheduled, countdown-clock TIMED ONSALE, not a lottery and not a rolling sale. For the 2026 edition the official pricing page ran a live countdown to "Tickets Go on Sale July 27th @ 11:00 am CDT", which was July 27, 2025, roughly six months ahead of the January event. The equivalent 2027 on-sale has NOT been announced, so onsale_datetime is left empty and no 2027 date or time should be shown. An active Escapees RV Club membership is required before you can buy. 2026 pricing was $395 for a Standard RV site of approximately 25ft by 50ft and $375 for a Small RV site of approximately 25ft by 25ft; each ticket covers ONE attendee for the full 8 nights and includes the welcome bag, all entertainment, seminars and two catered meals. Add-ons: additional adult $75, kids aged 6 to 17 $30, kids t-shirt $18, early arrival January 9 $50, late departure January 19 $25. You choose a camping section at purchase (Party, Solo, Solar, Family, General), but the FAQ states flatly that spaces cannot be held or reserved in advance, so if you want to park next to someone you must meet off-site and arrive together. Refunds: more than 60 days out, $50 cancellation fee and the rest refunded; 30 to 60 days out, 50 percent refund; inside 30 days, no refund. Card payments only, refunds to the original card.

- dry - boondocking only, no hookups of any kind. The official copy is "Boondock camping with all your friends for 8 unforgettable nights." You must arrive with fresh water tanks FULL and black and gray tanks EMPTY. Hose bibs on the grounds are for refilling jugs and bladders only, not for filling RV tanks. Two on-site dump stations are available for use on departure, and a paid honey-wagon pump-out roams the grounds during the week, signed up for at Center Camp.

- Site sizes are the real constraint: Standard RV site approximately 25ft by 50ft, Small RV site approximately 25ft by 25ft. Generator hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM in ALL camping sections except the Solar section, where generators are not permitted except in poor weather or a battery emergency. Contractor-style generators are prohibited outright due to noise. The FAQ warns that you will hear generators during permitted hours no matter where you park.

- Stated verbatim in the official FAQ: "You must have an active Escapees RV Club membership to join in the fun. And yes, if you are an Xscaper you are also an Escapee!" Non-members can join the club in order to attend.

- Camping sections are self-selected by vibe, not assigned: Party with no quiet hours and no noise restrictions, Solo, Solar which is quiet and generator-free, Family, and General. Showers on site are limited to 4 stalls with limited hot water. The bash.xscapers.com WordPress site carries stale blocks from prior years, including a 2023 date block and a 2022 sample schedule, so only the explicitly 2026-prefixed pages were treated as current. Lat/lon omitted rather than guessed; no coordinates are published on the official pages.
