Included here because it is the ONLY Red Rock 4-Wheelers event that actually involves camp sites; Easter Jeep Safari does not.

Hard-capped timed onsale. The event page states verbatim: "REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN ON THE EVENT TAB ON JUNE 9TH AT 10AM MST." Trail Officials register at the same 10AM MST moment on June 9. The entire event is capped at 150 vehicles and each trail is capped at 25 vehicles, so it is a race at the open. Registration for the 2026 edition therefore opened 2026-06-09 and was already open as of 2026-07-27. You must have an rr4w.com profile with a vehicle attached BEFORE the onsale moment or you will not be able to register. Price is $300 for the three-day weekend, which includes half price on camp sites (the page states camp sites are limited), three breakfasts and Saturday night dinner. onsale_datetime is deliberately left empty: the page says "MST" but Utah is on MDT (UTC-6) in June, so committing to a UTC offset would risk being an hour wrong.

- No club membership required. An rr4w.com profile with a registered vehicle is mandatory before you can register. Same street-legal full-size 4WD vehicle rules as Easter Jeep Safari.
- Worth knowing
- Camp sites are discounted 50 percent with registration and are explicitly described as limited, but the club publishes NO detail on where the sites are, what they cost at half price, or whether they have any hookups. The hookups field is therefore left empty (null): treat it as unknown, not as dry and not as serviced. The $300 covers the weekend registration, not the camp site itself. The event-details.cfm deep link renders empty without a session, so Event-Home.cfm is the citable page. Lat/lon omitted rather than guessed.
