Formula 1 MSC Cruises United States Grand Prix

Circuit of The Americas · Austin, TX · Oct 23 to Oct 25, 2026

2026 edition. The RV and camping page itself is headed 'FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX, OCTOBER 23-25, 2026' and the F1 event page repeats 'October 23-25, 2026'. This edition is upcoming and on sale as of 2026-07-27. No 2027 United States Grand Prix date is published on circuitoftheamericas.com. Camping access runs wider than the race dates: Premium RV Thursday October 22 at noon through Monday October 26 at noon; Lot N Thursday October 22 at 7:00AM through Monday October 26 at 12:00PM.

The drop date is not published yet. We are watching for it.

COTA sells race-weekend RV and camping directly on its own Ticketmaster Account Manager storefront, and the three products are in three different states right now. PREMIUM RV (trackside, back straight) is marked 'Sold Out' for 2026 with no buy link. LOT N CAMPING is live: the 'BUY NOW' button links to https://am.ticketmaster.com/cota/en/buy/2026-f1-parking. LOT N EARLY CHECK-IN (the Wednesday early-access add-on) is marked 'Coming Soon', so a second drop is still pending. There is no lottery and no membership renewal. Critically, buying only gets you IN, not a specific pad: 'RV Parking is on a first come, first served basis' and 'You will be able to pick your site upon arrival.' Groups must convoy, since 'if you are traveling in a group with multiple RVs... arrive together... buddy sites are not guaranteed.' Camping never includes race admission: 'Each individual at your campsite will need his or her own ticket to enter the Circuit.' ADA sites are not sold online at all, you must call the RV Park office at 512-655-6226 and present ADA credentials at check-in. Golf carts must be pre-registered by phone or email before the weekend. COTA publishes no on-sale date or time for camping, so no on-sale datetime is recorded, and the Lot N Early Check-In drop is watch-and-wait.

Hookups
MIXED, and this is the single most important distinction at this event. PREMIUM RV is genuinely serviced: 'Full water & electric RV hook-ups', on a paved trackside pad on the back straight, at the year-round COTA RV Park, whose amenities page specifies '50/30-Amp Full Hook-ups', plus camp store, restrooms and showers, gated outdoor pool, coin laundry and dog park. That tier is SOLD OUT for 2026. LOT N, the tier still on sale, is DRY CAMPING on grass and gravel, in COTA's own words: 'Are there RV hook-ups? There are no hook-ups provided. You may bring in a personal generator for power.' Everything else in Lot N is pay-per-use: mobile sewer pump-out $55, mobile freshwater fill $60, shower tickets $10 each or $30 for a weekend pass. A traveler who books what is currently available gets no power, no water and no sewer.
Price
Not stated on the official page. Confirm with the event.
Rig limits
Premium RV campsite is a paved pad approximately 50 feet by 24 feet. Lot N site is grass and gravel, approximately 40 feet by 24 feet. Each site includes one vehicle parking pass and one RV pass, collected at check-in. Extra vehicle passes can be bought at guest services on arrival but only if 'All vehicles must fit within your allotted site'. Tent camping is permitted in a designated area, limit 2 tents and 1 vehicle per site. GENERATORS: allowed in Lot N and time-restricted, 'You are allowed to run your generator between 7AM - 11PM.' Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM. Open fires prohibited, propane grills only, and there is no propane refill on site. Pets allowed, leashed, never left unattended outside the RV. Golf carts and UTVs allowed but must be registered to operate on COTA property.
Eligibility
No membership, club or renewal gate. Open purchase. The functional gate is that RV or camping does NOT include race admission, so every occupant must separately hold a USGP ticket, and that the serviced tier is already gone: Premium RV is sold out for 2026, leaving only dry camping in Lot N.
Worth knowing
All fields quoted from COTA's own F1 RV and Camping page and its own RV Park pages. No prices for the camping products themselves are published on the official page, so price_low and price_high are deliberately omitted rather than guessed; the only dollar figures COTA prints are ancillary services (pump-out $55, freshwater fill $60, showers $10 or $30 weekend). WARNING FOR THE LIVE SITE: the 'Lot N Camping FAQs' block further down that same official page still carries LAST YEAR's calendar, listing check-in on 'Wednesday October 15th', 'Thursday October 16th', 'Friday October 17th - Sunday October 19th' and check-out 'Monday October 20th at 12PM'. Those conflict with the top of the same page, which states the 2026 window as Thursday October 22 through Monday October 26. Use the October 22-26 window and do not surface the FAQ dates. Latitude and longitude are the standard Circuit of The Americas venue coordinates (9201 Circuit of The Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617) and are not taken from the official page. The year-round COTA RV Park is booked separately through Campspot at https://www.campspot.com/book/cotarv, but that booking engine publishes no site-type, hookup or rate detail without a date search, so nothing was taken from it.
