Speedweeks presented by AdventHealth and DAYTONA 500 Camping at Daytona International Speedway
Daytona International Speedway · Daytona Beach, FL · Feb 17 to Feb 21, 2027
These are the 2027 edition dates, published on the speedway's own Speedweeks event page: DAYTONA 500 Qualifying February 17, 2027; Duel At DAYTONA February 18, 2027; Fresh From Florida 250 February 19, 2027; United Rentals 300 and General Tire 200 doubleheader February 20, 2027; DAYTONA 500 February 21, 2027. Every Speedweeks campground page independently confirms DAYTONA 500: FEBRUARY 21, 2027. Camping move-in and move-out dates for Speedweeks are NOT published on the campground pages, unlike the Coke Zero Sugar 400 which lists move in 8/25 or 8/26 and move out 8/30, so the camping window itself is unconfirmed.
The drop date is not published yet. We are watching for it.
There is nothing to buy. The speedway's own Speedweeks camping page states that due to overwhelming demand all camping inventory for Speedweeks has been reserved, and directs fans to a waitlist. Every Speedweeks campground page shows SOLD OUT with a WAITLIST button rather than a purchase button: Orange, The Shores at Lake Lloyd, Yellow Premium, Yellow RV, Green RV, Red RV, Park West RV, Red Premium RV and Horseshoe. The page says openings may occur as plans change, that waitlist members will be among the first notified of newly available campsites, and that availability is not guaranteed. Practically, the way a spot becomes available for a future Speedweeks is the renewal cycle: the speedway runs per-event renewal windows through Account Manager, for example the Supercross cycle lists Renewal Deadline 9/18/26 and Upgrade and Relocation Day 9/23/26, with up to 20 percent savings for renewing early, so campers hold their sites year over year and the public only sees releases. There is no published on-sale date and no clock time for Speedweeks camping.
Official camping page- How you get in
- WaitlistHard to enter as a newcomer.
- Hookups
- mixed, and the premium infield is NOT full hookup. Power and water hookups with no sewer in The Shores at Lake Lloyd and Red Premium RV. Yellow Premium has a power hookup, with water hookup on spots 701 to 722 ONLY. Yellow RV, Green RV and Horseshoe are dry: listed amenities are showers, restrooms and infield shuttle with no power or water. Park West RV, outside the track, is dry with restrooms and shuttle only. Orange Campgrounds is dry tent, car, truck and pop-up camping. Sewer is never included anywhere; RV pump-out is a paid add-on service at the lots that offer it, as is propane refill. Amperage is not stated anywhere on the site.
- Price
- Not stated on the official page. Confirm with the event.
- Rig limits
- Only self-contained RVs are allowed in RV camping areas. Infield RV sites are approximately 20' x 40' (Park West RV about 20' x 45'; Orange about 20' x 35'). All wheels must be on pavement, and all vehicles, tow vehicles and gear must fit within the purchased site. Sleeping tents are prohibited in RV camping areas; screen and tailgate tents are allowed. Tent camping is not permitted in Park West. Orange Campgrounds has a size cap, but the two official pages disagree: the Orange campground page states a limit of 8 ft in height or 20 ft in length, while the infield camping policies list states no vehicles over 8 feet in height or 15 feet in length, so a traveler should call before relying on either. Quiet time in all camping areas is midnight to 6:00 AM. The site publishes no generator policy. Non-licensed motorized vehicles including golf carts, scooters, ATVs and UTVs are prohibited, as are drones, fireworks, weapons, in-ground fires and free-standing scaffolding. Free-standing above ground fire pits are permitted. Dumping waste or wastewater on the ground causes immediate ejection.
- Eligibility
- No formal membership gate, but the practical gate is severe. All Speedweeks camping is already reserved, so a newcomer can only join the waitlist. Priority for future years runs through existing account holders renewing their sites. Park West RV is described as being for guests who already hold frontstretch seating tickets.
- Worth knowing
- No camping prices are published anywhere on the Daytona site, and no on-sale datetime exists because everything is sold out, so those fields are omitted rather than estimated. The official_url resolves from /speedweeks-geico-camping/ to the canonical /speedweeks-camping/, which is the URL given here. Two other events at the same venue are worth flagging: the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA, which the site lists as January 28 to 31 for 2027 although the day-of-week labels on that line do not match the 2027 calendar so treat Rolex dates as unconfirmed, and the Coke Zero Sugar 400 in late August which still has BUY NOW live for Orange, Park West RV and Yellow Premium with move in 8/25 or 8/26 and move out 8/30. Lat/lon are approximate for the venue address at 1801 W International Speedway Blvd and were NOT taken from a primary source; the speedway's Smart Map link does not expose coordinates.
