The 2026 edition ran July 17-26, 2026 per the rodeo schedule on the contestant page.

- The one CFD-referenced camping area is gated to competing rodeo contestants. The Rodeo Contestant FAQ (https://cfdrodeo.com/rodeo-contestant-faq/) states under "Where can I park?": "Parking passes are required on every vehicle July 18-27. Off-site parking including dry camping, port-a-potties, dumpsters and water are available with close proximity to three truck stops and fast food with easy access of I-25, 1602 Southwest Drive Cheyenne, WY 82001." That is a contestant lot, not public inventory, and a general-admission traveler cannot use it.
